Associate Director / Director - M&E Engineer / Architectural Consultant
Our City based client, possibly the leading Construction Consultancy in the UK, is currently conducting a search to hire Consultants for their Construction Disputes business unit which is expanding rapidly. They are looking to recruit at Associate Director and Director level to work in principally dispute orientated work including professional negligence, due diligence, expert witness, etc. Although you will not necersarily be currently in this field you will probably be working with a construction consultancy as an M & E Designer or with architectural practice.
This consultancy operates under two international business units: Dispute, Investigative, and Regulatory Advisory and Business, Financial, and Operational Advisory.
Business/Professional Requirements
· Graduate, Masters degree preferred.
. MCIBSE or RIBA
· Minimum of 4-5 years progressive experience in professional sector.
· Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.
· Strong oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate vision, competitive advantages and strategies.
· Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and senior management.
· Very responsive, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels.
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is necessary and accountability is expected.
· The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently.
· The position will be based in London.
