We are seeking to employ a HR project leader to manage all matters relating to equal pay, become familiar with equal pay issues within the organisation and manage all projects within the equal pay remit, provide advice and updates to managers within the organisation on equal pay matters, manage equal pay compensation settlement events, consult and negotiate with Trade Unions, manage a caseload of grievances and employment tribunals, review recruitment and retention payments
