Our client - a leading call centre based organisation - is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to take overall responsibility for their L&D function. Managing a team of learning specialists, you will also be responsible for the design and delivery of development solutions. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified and will have an in-depth knowledge of behavioural development and competency frameworks. Furthermore, you will be commercially asture, pro-active and enthusiastic.
