The Housing Outreach Worker role is to provide support and assistance to vulnerable people, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, with the aim of enhancing their ability to sustain and manage their existing accommodation. To enable this they are expected to develop links to other existing and planned outreach services e.g. mental health, domestic abuse, drugs and alcohol with a view to providing a holistic package of support.
