Reporting into the Project Manager, you must be a good estimator i.e. calculating man hours, costings of projects - Strong Estimation and Diagnosis skills essential. You must also have had an application development background (JAVA / J2EE advantageous). Ideally, you will be looking to progress or have progressed to Project Management. This role is for a Public Sector Organisation. The project requires security clearance, so you will either be currently security cleared
